Kaety Byerley

I am a Tucson native who has spent time living on both coasts and in the Midwest. I find the Sonoran Desert magical, and I love introducing people from out of state to the beauty of the desert. I spent many years as an RN and in the wellness industry. Helping people is second nature to me, and I aim to be a reliable partner to my clients as they make major life and financial decisions.

I am committed to quality service and being your advocate when buying or selling a home. I represent all of my clients with honesty, integrity, and respect. My mission is to provide excellent customer service, exceed my client's expectations, and make buying and selling properties fun!

I believe in giving back to my community, which is why a portion of my commission on every sale is donated to a local charity. I love working with buyers, sellers, and people relocating to Tucson.

I think efficiency and conservation are awesome! My GREEN® designation helps me understand how to value efficiency upgrades to properties and make recommendations for passive cooling and water harvesting.

Here's the fun stuff: I love animals, historical fiction, yoga, hiking, playing music, camping, swimming in rivers, good food, baking, amateur birdwatching, being a mom, and spending time with friends and family.

I have two teenage children and two brown dogs.

I serve on the board of directors for Arizona Friends of Chamber Music. I play the viola. (Insert viola joke here).

"What a sharp, pleasant, supportive person Kaety is! She is discerning, spots issues, etc. Highly recommend working with her, her calming but energetic personality makes shopping for a home more fun than I could have expected!"

  -Laura V., Client

"Kaety helped me find my first home in Tucson. She is a great communicator and really cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Tucson!"

  -Graham A., Client

"Kaety was incredible to work with via long distance. It is very difficult to find a house when you aren't familiar with the area and cant drive around to look at each location. We trusted her judgement immensely when it came to the feel of a neighborhood or the presentation of a house. She would send us videos or FaceTime us for walk throughs and was so helpful with every specific question and detail we needed! Alway positive and very kind, her mannerisms and quick responses made the whole process enjoyable in a very quick housing market. We ended up with a house and location we absolutely love and are forever grateful for her part in that!"
